The best part of my Easter stay was the amazing hospitality of the owner. He went above and beyond to ensure that all the guests felt welcome and comfortable. From allowing early check-in and late check-out to preparing special breakfasts and even giving rides to the airport, he truly made the experience memorable.
One thing that could be improved is the labeling system for personal belongings. It would be helpful to have an edding pen available to label items with name and departure dates.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hostel and it was an absolute gem. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The room exceeded my expectations with a stunning view from the balcony. The owner, Sr. Martins, was incredibly helpful, providing us with tips on things to do and recommending tours and restaurants. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a quiet atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful solo trip to Ponta Delgada and found the perfect accommodation at BRUMA. Martins, the owner, made me feel right at home and even arranged an airport transfer for me. My room was clean and comfortable, with great showers and a small balcony outside the dining area. The hostel is conveniently located in the historic center, close to cool cafes and bars. The beds were private and cozy, with outlets and lockers. The breakfasts were delicious, and I appreciated not having to pay for towels. Martins truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Bruma Hostel in Ponta Delgada! The host, Jose, was incredibly nice and made the atmosphere cozy and homy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfy with fresh sheets and towels available, and the bathrooms were excellently well-kept. Jose's breakfasts were the best I've had in a hostel, especially his delicious homemade cake. The location was convenient, close to buses, shops, and the sea. I highly recommend this fantastic hostel!
